CITRAFRESH

High performance carpet extraction pre spray concentrate with natural orange deodorant action. Nothing will outperform CITRAFRESH on greasy carpet soils. It is safe on all carpet fibres including fine silk rugs, and woollen carpet commonly found in hotels. Also suitable as a front loader laundry detergent.

THE CARPET INDUSTRY FIGHT BACK PRODUCT

For the first time in Australia, the carpet cleaning industry can do something about the thousands of litres of non-biodegradable waste that it disposes of every day.

Every litre of carpet waste contains hard detergent, phosphate and even petroleum solvent and dirt that do nothing for the environment except destroy it.

Citrus Resources has done something about this problem with a highly biodegradable, high performance prespray and spotter for carpet. It offers exciting new prospects for the future of the carpet industry because the price of the job may not be the reason they chose you.

Using this product will mean you are doing something about the ecological problem and we know your customers will appreciate it.

UNMATCHED CLEANING PERFORMANCE

Using citrus oils, plus vegetable oil based detergents, you will find nothing that will outperform it on the greasiest soil in restaurants or the hardest to clean acrylic carpet. It cuts through filthy mess like a knife, with special additives that solubilise heavy staining and food spills – you won’t believe the wide range performance. SAFETY: Being low in pH and meeting all the criteria and specifications of AS 3733 means it is safe on all carpet fibres whether it be the finest Chinese silk rug, the grubbiest new generation nylon carpet or a beer soaked hotel woollen carpet.

SUPER ECONOMY IN DILUTION

CITRAFRESH, used as a prespray, offers dramatic cost savings to the carpet cleaner in time and chemical usage. In fact, 95% of your work will require a prespray dilution of only 1 part to 15 parts water – and that is high economy.

CARPET SPOTTING

CITRAFRESH CARPET EXTRACTION PRESPRAY can be diluted 1 part to 5 parts water to make a general purpose spotter and heavy duty, safe soil lifter for extra heavy duty stains and dried protein spills like eggs and gravy. Your use of other spotters is greatly minimised as this one product does just about everything.

UNMATCHED NATURAL AROMA – DEODORISE AS YOU CLEAN

The aroma is the key to your selling of the natural product concept to your customers – it will keep them coming back, time after time.

Imagine the natural aroma of orange, left behind to remove odours like the “wet dog” smell of damp wool or flooded carpets, CITRAFRESH CARPET PRESPRAY will even destroy the smell of old cooking odours in carpet.

AROMATHERAPY

Technology has shown us that natural fragrance oils make people feel good – so it is bound to win you repeat business.

There is less likelihood of nasal irritation or allergies from this prespray due to the natural fragrances rather than synthetics made from petroleum bases.

LOW USAGE COST

Most presprays of low pH need to be diluted 1 to 10 parts water to obtain good results. The reserve cleaning power of CITRFRESH CARPET PRESPRAY enables dilutions of 1 to 15 parts water. There is no need for chemicals to be added to the cleaning solution tank and injected. CITRAFRESH as a prespray is all that is required so it saves you money and you will never have the solution pump clogging or damaged due to chemical addition.

Browning Treatment

BROWNING TREATMENT

Used in the spotting process to help fade out pink and red colours as well as brown temperature set blood stains and “pot plant” stains. Fast acting, self neutralising, no need to rinse.

BROWNING TREATMENT is an amazing new development formulated to remove most browning and watermark stains on carpet and upholstery. It removes most berry stains, like mulberry, Mercurochrome and gentian violet dyes. In most cases, it helps stop colour runs or bleeding of fugitive dyes in fibres that may not be colourfast. It can also be used as a final spotter after COFFEE BREAK on urine and juice stains.

BROWNING TREATMENT is self neutralising therefore can be applied without the need to rinse off. Because there is no residual acidity left in the fibre there is no loss of tensile strength. Many other anti-browning agents leave an acid residue.

ABOUT UNBELIEVABLE

Here’s the simple to use neutral ph spotter that every contract cleaner, hospital, carpet cleaner and householder should have at the ready – for every type of carpet.

UNBELIEVABLE, as the name suggests gives you an incredible wide range of stain removing power at the pull of a trigger. Normally high alkaline cleaners are necessary to obtain the same results as UNBELIEVABLE. Stains usually return when other spotters are used. Not UNBELIEVABLE.

WORKS ON GREASY/OILY STAINS

Using gentle fluoro carbon ingredients, plus solvents, UNBELIEVABLE gently solubilises oily spots as well as hard to shift lipstick, printer toner, even some inks are removed. A protective stain blocker prevents these from returning.

PROTEIN STAINS LIKE GRAVY, EGGS, BLOOD

After sponging with cold water, fresh blood, gravy and other food products like Vegemite and mayonnaise are pulled out. UNBELIEVABLE is especially useful for medicines found in the Hospitals and Nursing Home environments.

ACIDIC STAINS – SOME TANNIN, COFFEE, TEA

These are the hardest stains for a general spotter to remove. However, UNBELIEVABLE takes on this challenge by the addition of specially absorbent fluoro polymers which break the bond that tannin has to the fibre. Whilst not able to remove every stain in this category, it removes a high proportion. (The RESEARCH PRODUCTS spotting kit is the best acquisition for the professional cleaner and contains 4 specialty pre-extraction spotters).

ABOUT SPITFIRE LAVENDER

SPITFIRE LAVENDER is recognized as being one of the best carpet pre-spray for the professional carpet cleaning industry as well as for Hospitals, Hospitality and the contract cleaning field. SPITFIRE LAVENDER is the leader because nothing cleans carpet faster and removes more stains as you clean.

No matter what your equipment, truck mounted, portable extractors or Duplex type floor washer – the results are the same – BRILLIANT.

SPITFIRE LAVENDER has changed. It now works even better, giving pale colours and whites a visibly cleaner and brighter result – brighter and cleaner than ever seen before. Our Lavender aroma has been consumer panel tested, winning the most favourable response of six fragrance types. In simple terms – Your customers will love it.

NEW TECHNOLOGY INGREDIENTS

“Fastbreak” greasy soil remover is a newly developed surface active agent that quickly emulsifies oily and greasy soils, suspends from the carpet fibres so they rinse completely away in the extraction of hot water rinse. This new “Fastbreak” technology allows the oily soil to separate away from the waste water and float to the surface so that it may be collected in building grease traps, grid separators as well as sewerage treatment plants rather than to escape into the ocean where it may pollute beaches and destroy marine life.

Impending regulations regarding the disposal of oily soils have already been implemented into the food and meat industry and will be introduced into the carpet industry in the near future. With improved performance SPITFIRE you are ready for the future now – Why not tell your customers about it and how you are using it to reduce pollution of our waterways.

Be on the look out for pre-sprays that are demonstrated to solubilise oils, these are bad for our environment.

IMPROVED DEODORANT QUALITIES – TESTED AS LOW IRRITANT

Once you switch to improved performance SPITFIRE LAVENDER your customers will immediately comment on the new aroma – its nice. We haven’t made it so strong that you can’t use a deodorant treatment if the carpet requires it after cleaning.

STAIN RELEASE FIBRES

These are new generation shape fibres or carpets using a stain resistant finish that may be affected by a cleaner with a pH of over 9. SPITFIRE lavender when used as recommended is within manufacturers specifications for these fibres.

SPITFIRE LAVENDER’s formulation is gentle to the coating that is placed on the fibre to improve the stain and soil release qualities.

EXTREME ECONOMY IN USE

Most carpet pre-sprays need to be used at 1 to 10 parts water on old “hard to clean” acrylics and polyester (nylon) carpets to achieve a good cleaning result. Improved performance SPITFIRE LAVENDER works effectively at between 1 to 20 and 1 to 30 parts water on these hard to clean fibres.

There is no need to add chemical into your solution tank or truck mount injection system – this effectively reduces re-soil rate as well as chemical use.

MEETS AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND STANDARDS ON PH

Every drop of SPITFIRE LAVENDER made is tested to meet and comply with the AUSTRALIAN STANDARD for carpet cleaning chemicals. This ensures that the carpet you clean never is left with a destructive high pH, even if you forget to rinse or your machine breaks down during the job. If ever a problem and litigation occurs, you have an extra leg to stand on. You should always specify that the pre-spray you use meets this Australian and New Zealand Standard 3733. Why not ask whether your current product complies or just switch to SPITFIRE LAVENDER.

ABOUT SPITFIRE ADVANCED

SPITFIRE Lavender has been the recognized performance leader in the professional carpet cleaner market over the last eight years. With the introduction of SPITFIRE ADVANCED, it is our commitment to provide the industry with the very latest technology that is safer and performs better.

NEW FORMULA SPITFIRE ADVANCED

New SPITFIRE ADVANCED is totally different. Its U.H.T formulation has been developed for the new low profile carpets that create loss of airflow and reduces extraction performance to slow drying time. SPITFIRE ADVANCED uses new technology ingredients that improve rinsing and increase drying speed – with less foam. Carpets stay cleaner longer because free rinsing means less sticky residue and less dirt in the carpet.

AMAZING PERFORMANCE ON OLEFIN AND STAIN TREATED NYLON

Some of these new generation fibres have a propensity for traffic lane yellowing that is extremely difficult to remove without resorting to high alkaline products. Alkaline products are dangerous to space dyed yarns, to stain treated fibres and especially wool. SPITFIRE ADVANCED safely removes traffic lane soil yellowing without the alkalinity that could damage protective finishes, reduce fibre/dye fastness and burn wool fibres. The pH of SPITFIRE ADVANCED dries neutral.

SPITFIRE ADVANCED gives exceptionally good cleaning performance on wool and wool blend carpets and fabrics.

HOT WATER ACTIVATED – U.H.T PERFORMANCE

Certain carpet cleaning presprays actually work less effectively when really hot water extraction is used from 65°C to 90°C. SPITFIRE ADVANCED is fine tuned to work effectively in warm to extremely hot water. If you have a really hot water truckmount machine you’ll see the improved results immediately.

MEETS AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND STANDARD 3733

All facets of this brilliant product meet the AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND standards. SPITFIRE ADVANCED meets the pH specifications, does not contain high alkalinity, enzymes, oxidising agents, cationic surfactants or “quats” and contains no bleaching, blueing agents or artificial brighteners.

You asked for the ultimate product, we have given it to you.
